Grow Your Mind Academy Foundation, Inc. is a growing hybrid homeschool community serving preschool through high school students. We are passionate about providing engaging, high-quality learning experiences that support academic growth, social connection, and personal development.

As we expand our online programs, in-person classes, and enrichment events in Utah — and plan to open a Homeschool Resource Center in Florida — we are building a team of passionate educators, mentors, and community leaders who are committed to supporting homeschool families and fostering a thriving, collaborative learning environment.

Positions

Internships - Unpaid

Position Type: Unpaid internship with a required minimum duration of 6 months.
Eligibility: Must be a student currently enrolled in a school or a recent graduate. Interns must meet the minimum age requirements in their state to hold this position.
Requirements: Interns must provide a resume.
Background Check: Paid by the intern, or Grow Your Mind Academy, Inc. can provide a background check for $30.
Opportunities:

Gain hands-on experience in a field of interest.
Develop skills and contribute meaningfully to Grow Your Mind Academy.

Internship - Paid

Compensation: Base pay plus commission/referral per student enrollment.
Position is classified as an Independent Contractor.
Annual Registration Fee: Waived at 50%.
Tuition: Waived at 20%.
Materials & Technology Fees: Not waived.
Background Check: Paid by the intern, or Grow Your Mind Academy, Inc. can provide a background check for $30.

Paid Instruction

Compensation: Base pay plus commission/referral per student enrollment.
Position is classified as an Independent Contractor.
Qualifications: Paid instructors must be licensed and certified in their field, with a minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience. Instructors are responsible for providing high-quality instruction to students.
Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in their field.
Annual Registration Fee: Waived for the first student; additional students waived at 50%, with a family maximum of $50.
Tuition: 50% per student ($250 per student).
Materials & Technology Fees: Not included.
Background Check: Paid by the instructor, or Grow Your Mind Academy, Inc. can provide a background check for $30.

Paid Administration

Compensation: Base pay plus commission/referral per student enrollment.
Position Requirements: Candidates must provide a resume.
Tuition & Fees:
- Tuition: Waived at 50% ($250 per student).
- Annual Registration Fee: Waived.
- Materials & Technology Fees: Not waived.
Background Check: Paid by the staff member, or Grow Your Mind Academy, Inc. can provide a background check for $30.

Volunteer Positions

Parent Volunteers: Building a Thriving Community

At Grow Your Mind Academy Foundation, parents are an essential part of our homeschool community. Our co-op model encourages families to actively participate in supporting programs, events, and students.

Volunteering helps create a thriving environment where children can learn, educators can teach effectively, and families build lasting connections.

Participation in the co-op is required for all enrolled families, helping ensure a vibrant, supportive, and collaborative homeschool environment.

Volunteer Expectations

Required for enrolled families: Each family contributes through at least two volunteer roles
Supportive roles: Volunteers assist instructors, help with events, clubs, committees, and enrichment activities
Not responsible for curriculum creation: Volunteers are not expected to lead classes independently
Encourages engagement, shared responsibility, and community building

Teacher - Volunteer

Description:

Parents may lead classes, workshops, or specialty sessions as part of the co-op program. This role is volunteer-based and focuses on sharing your knowledge, skills, or hobbies with students in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver lessons or activities for students
Engage students in meaningful learning experiences
Foster a positive and inclusive environment
Follow curriculum guidelines or approved lesson plans
Coordinate with co-op leadership and other parent volunteers

Teacher Assist - Volunteer

Description:

Support a lead instructor or parent teacher in class, helping manage students and materials. This role ensures classes run smoothly and students get the help they need.

Responsibilities:

Event Assistant

Job Description:
Event Assistants support the planning and execution of in-person homeschool events and workshops in Utah. Responsibilities include setup and cleanup, welcoming families, assisting instructors, and helping create a positive and organized environment for students and parents.

Description:

Description:

Description:
