PROGRAM COSTS

We charge a small registration fee and program fees to cover the essential costs of running Grow Your Mind Academy, including administrative support, planning, materials, technology, and maintaining high-quality programs for our families. Families can choose a la carte or semester pricing options, making participation flexible and affordable.

Part of the fees collected now is allocated to a scholarship fund to support students who may need financial assistance in the future.

​

 Our goal is to combine affordability, flexibility, and quality education so every homeschool family can thrive.

Tuition Breakdown

At Grow Your Mind Academy, we strive to make learning flexible, affordable, and high-quality for students of all ages. Families can pay only for the classes or clubs they take and mix & match subjects to fit their child’s interests and schedule.

We had originally planned to launch our virtual co-op on February 2, 2026. To ensure we have the best experience for instructors and students, we have adjusted our start date to March 2, 2026.

​

While this is our official start date, please note that schedules may still shift slightly as we finalize instructors and class rosters. We will keep all interested families updated throughout the process and communicate any changes in advance.

Below is our current fee structure:

Annual Registration

  • Standard annual  registration fee: $30 per student

  • Cap per family: $90

    • 1 child = $30

    • 2 children = $60

    • 3 children = $90

    • 4+ children = $90 (cap reached)

Semester Enrollment Discounts

Maximize Your Savings at Grow Your Mind Academy!

Families can save up to 20% on semester-long standard class fees when enrolling for a full semester through our pay-as-you-go plan. Membership pricing already includes built-in savings, so additional semester discounts do not apply to members.

How It Works

  • Discounts apply only to full-semester payments and cannot be combined with other offers.

  • If a student qualifies for multiple discount categories, the highest single discount (up to 20%) will be applied.

Who Qualifies for Savings

  • Multi-Class Commitment: Students enrolled in two or more standard classes for the semester.

  • Sibling Savings: Families with two or more children enrolled in any standard class for the semester.

  • Community Hero Savings: Students with an immediate family member who is:

    • Active Military

    • Veteran

    • First Responder (Police, Fire, EMT, Paramedics, Nurses, Doctors)

Referral Bonus

Referral Bonus Terms:

  • Families who refer a new family that successfully registers will receive a $5 tuition credit as a referral bonus.

  • The referral bonus applies only to semester tuition for families enrolled in the pay-as-you-go option.

  • Credits are not valid toward registration fees, are not applied per class, and cannot be combined or transferred.

  • Referral credits are applied once per referred family and issued after the referred family completes registration and payment.

  • No cash value.
