Tuition & Program Fees
We charge a small registration fee and semester tuition to cover the essential costs of running Grow Your Mind Academy, including administrative support, planning, materials, technology, and maintaining high-quality programs for our families.

Part of the fees collected is also allocated to a scholarship fund, helping ensure that students who need financial assistance can still participate in our programs.

Educational Platforms & Licenses – Providing access to grade-appropriate resources such as EPIC, Prodigy, Freckle, SplashLearn, and Minecraft: Education Edition.

At Grow Your Mind Academy, we strive to make learning flexible, affordable, and engaging for homeschool students of all ages.
Families pay a flat semester tuition of $350 per student to participate in our co-op programs. In addition, a $5 materials/technology fee per class is collected to reserve each student’s spot in their chosen classes for the semester.

Spring 2026 Semester Schedule​
Spring 2026 Hybrid Co-Op Updates
Our Spring 2026 Hybrid Co-Op began on March 2, 2026, offering a combination of online and in-person classes, workshops, and enrichment activities.

To provide the best possible experience for both instructors and students, minor adjustments to schedules may occur as we finalize class rosters and enrollment.
​
Families will always be notified in advance of any changes, and options for class transfers or refunds will be provided if a class is canceled due to low enrollment.
Grow Your Mind Academy Co-Op: Semester Tuition & Enrollment
Semester Tuition: $350 per student
This tuition reserves your student’s spot for the semester and provides access to all classes offered during that period. Students may participate in multiple learning opportunities, including in-person and online classes, clubs, and enrichment activities.

Materials & Technology Fee: $5 per class per semester
This fee ensures registration, secures a spot in the class, and helps cover materials and technology costs.

Enrollment Notes:

Enrollment is intentionally limited to maintain small class sizes and meaningful interaction between students and instructors.

Families are required to participate in the hybrid co-op, completing two parent volunteer roles per semester. Roles include in-person or online teaching, class support, event planning, committees, yearbook, homeroom assistance, or administrative support. Parents may select four preferred roles, ranked 1–4, to help distribute responsibilities fairly.

All individuals 18+ working with children require a background check (included in registration fee; additional parent $30 if needed).
