Service Description
Writing Online Club, 7th - 12th Grade Meets Wednesday from 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM MST Weekly led by Sarah Tenney This online club invites students to share their ideas, explore creative writing prompts, and collaborate with peers in a supportive virtual environment. Whether drafting short stories, poems, or fun writing exercises, participants will practice expressing themselves while gaining inspiration from others. Learning Objectives: Develop creative writing skills through prompts and exercises Practice expressing ideas clearly and imaginatively Receive and provide peer feedback to build collaboration and communication skills Foster a love for writing and self-expression in a fun, interactive online setting Materials Needed: Pen and paper, or a computer and keyboard for writing. All members are urged to share some of their work by reading out loud.

Class Booking Policy – Grow Your Mind Academy, LLC 1. Eligibility Only participants who have paid the Annual Registration Fee are eligible to enroll in classes. Registration is personal; each participant must be booked under their own name. 2. How to Book Classes Classes can be booked via [website/portal/email/phone]. A booking is confirmed only after Grow Your Mind Academy approves or confirms it. 3. Booking Confirmation Confirmation will be sent via email or text. If you do not receive confirmation within [X hours/days], please contact us before assuming enrollment. 4. Class Changes & Cancellations Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the class. Classes canceled after this window or missed (no-shows) cannot be rescheduled and are forfeited. Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the discretion of [Your Company Name]. 5. Maximum Enrollment & Waitlists Each class has a limited number of spots. If a class is full, participants may be added to a waitlist and notified if a spot opens. 6. Late Arrivals Participants arriving late may lose class time, and make-up time is not guaranteed. Classes start promptly at the scheduled time. 7. Payment Participation in classes is included with the Annual Registration Fee, unless otherwise noted. Additional fees for special workshops, materials, or events may apply. 8. Policy Updates Grow Your Mind Academy, LLC reserves the right to modify class schedules or booking policies. Participants will be notified of changes via email or website posting. 9.
