Behind the Scenes Tour In-Person Field Trip Activity Meets: April 23, 2023 at 11:30 AM Location: Tooele City Library Event Coordinator(s): Jade Grow/Jenicia Rios Explore the Tooele City Library – Behind the Scenes! 🌟 Hey Homeschool Families! Ever wonder how a library really works? Join us for a behind-the-scenes tour of the library! This is your chance to see what goes on both in public spaces and behind the scenes, meet the staff, and learn how books and materials are selected, organized, and circulated. You’ll also get a sneak peek at the library’s programs and services, explore online and print collections, and discover how the library supports learning, creativity, and community. Who can come: Students of all ages! Homeschool learners are especially welcome. When: Tuesday, April 23 at 11:30 AM We just need a headcount for the library, so please let me know if you are interested in attending and what age your children are! Disclaimer: While this event/activity is provided free of charge by GYMA, registration is required. We need to know who will attend in advance to ensure adequate preparation and staffing. If registration is insufficient, the event may be canceled to avoid wasted resources and ensure a quality experience for all participants.
Cancellation Policy
Class Booking Policy – Grow Your Mind Academy, LLC 1. Eligibility Only participants who have paid the Annual Registration Fee are eligible to enroll in classes. Registration is personal; each participant must be booked under their own name. 2. How to Book Classes Classes can be booked via [website/portal/email/phone]. A booking is confirmed only after Grow Your Mind Academy approves or confirms it. 3. Booking Confirmation Confirmation will be sent via email or text. If you do not receive confirmation within [X hours/days], please contact us before assuming enrollment. 4. Class Changes & Cancellations Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the class. Classes canceled after this window or missed (no-shows) cannot be rescheduled and are forfeited. Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the discretion of [Your Company Name]. 5. Maximum Enrollment & Waitlists Each class has a limited number of spots. If a class is full, participants may be added to a waitlist and notified if a spot opens. 6. Late Arrivals Participants arriving late may lose class time, and make-up time is not guaranteed. Classes start promptly at the scheduled time. 7. Payment Participation in classes is included with the Annual Registration Fee, unless otherwise noted. Additional fees for special workshops, materials, or events may apply. 8. Policy Updates Grow Your Mind Academy, LLC reserves the right to modify class schedules or booking policies. Participants will be notified of changes via email or website posting. 9.
