Parent Online Book Club Meets Monday APR 13 8:00 PM MST led by Jade Grow via Discord Channel A monthly book club designed to create meaningful connection and conversation among parents. Participants will select a book in advance and have a full month to read at their own pace. Each meeting provides a welcoming space to discuss key themes, share insights, and exchange perspectives in a supportive, community-focused environment. Disclaimer: Although this event is offered free of charge by GYMA, advance registration is required. Knowing who will attend helps us prepare properly and ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for all participants. If registration is too low, the event may be canceled to prevent wasted resources. Cancellation Policy
Class Booking Policy – Grow Your Mind Academy, LLC 1. Eligibility Only participants who have paid the Annual Registration Fee are eligible to enroll in classes. Registration is personal; each participant must be booked under their own name. 2. How to Book Classes Classes can be booked via [website/portal/email/phone]. A booking is confirmed only after Grow Your Mind Academy approves or confirms it. 3. Booking Confirmation Confirmation will be sent via email or text. If you do not receive confirmation within [X hours/days], please contact us before assuming enrollment. 4. Class Changes & Cancellations Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the class. Classes canceled after this window or missed (no-shows) cannot be rescheduled and are forfeited. Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the discretion of [Your Company Name]. 5. Maximum Enrollment & Waitlists Each class has a limited number of spots. If a class is full, participants may be added to a waitlist and notified if a spot opens. 6. Late Arrivals Participants arriving late may lose class time, and make-up time is not guaranteed. Classes start promptly at the scheduled time. 7. Payment Participation in classes is included with the Annual Registration Fee, unless otherwise noted. Additional fees for special workshops, materials, or events may apply. 8. Policy Updates Grow Your Mind Academy, LLC reserves the right to modify class schedules or booking policies. Participants will be notified of changes via email or website posting. 9.
