Cancellation Policy

Class Booking Policy – Grow Your Mind Academy, LLC 1. Eligibility Only participants who have paid the Annual Registration Fee are eligible to enroll in classes. Registration is personal; each participant must be booked under their own name. 2. How to Book Classes Classes can be booked via [website/portal/email/phone]. A booking is confirmed only after Grow Your Mind Academy approves or confirms it. 3. Booking Confirmation Confirmation will be sent via email or text. If you do not receive confirmation within [X hours/days], please contact us before assuming enrollment. 4. Class Changes & Cancellations Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the class. Classes canceled after this window or missed (no-shows) cannot be rescheduled and are forfeited. Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the discretion of [Your Company Name]. 5. Maximum Enrollment & Waitlists Each class has a limited number of spots. If a class is full, participants may be added to a waitlist and notified if a spot opens. 6. Late Arrivals Participants arriving late may lose class time, and make-up time is not guaranteed. Classes start promptly at the scheduled time. 7. Payment Participation in classes is included with the Annual Registration Fee, unless otherwise noted. Additional fees for special workshops, materials, or events may apply. 8.
